Treatment Room

The treatment rooms are staffed by our Treatment Nurses, Health Care Assistants and Phlebotomists throughout the day - appointments may be made via Reception or the NHS. A full range of nursing services are available which include:

  • Physio_And_PatientBlood Tests
  • Blood Pressure Checks (can be carried out by our Health care Assistant)
  • Dressings
  • Travel Advice and Vaccinations
  • Doctor Referrals
  • ECG (Also done by Health care Assistant)
  • Lung Function Tests
  • Back and Neck Exercises
  • Child Immunisations

Health Promotion Clinics / Chronic Disease Management

We have a variety of clinics held at the surgery to both screen and monitor certain conditions. These include:

  • Hypertension
  • Arthritis
  • Lifestyle Advice
  • Menopause/HRT/Smoking Cessation

An appointment can be made at Reception for these clinics. You may be sent a letter or text message if you are due for screening or your Doctor wishes for you to have a health check.

Family Planning

A comprehensive Family Planning advice is offered by our Doctors and Practice Nurses. For an initial consultation please make an appointment with your own GP, when appropriate follow up appointments can be made with the Practice Nurse.

All our GP's provide Maternity care in conjunction with the Community Midwife. The Midwife can be contacted via the Waterlooville Team Office based at QA (023 9228 3608)

We provide continued care from the booking stage, throughout the pregnancy and the post-natal period. Maternity related forms and leaflets can be obtained either from the surgery or from the Midwife.
